Mentoring Requirements & Program Preferences

To volunteer with Spark, prospective mentors complete the following steps:   
  • Complete this pre-screen to check if you're eligible to mentor and determine your best-fit program. 
  • If eligible, participate in a virtual interview with our team.
  • Complete a routine background check (renewed every two years) to ensure student safety.
